Arrange a viewing

Magpas Air Ambulance chose the Abbots Ripton Estate as the location for its first Mission: Obstacle Dash. The 5K obstacle course saw 700 participants brave the mud to crash, splash and climb their way to the finish line.

Participants bustled through 10,000 balls, clambered over floating dinghies, weaved through woodland webs and flung themselves down a foam-covered inflatable flume. Everyone then celebrated with refreshments at the event village. Obstacle Dash raised a phenomenal £26,000 for Magpas Air Ambulance.

By kind permission of Lord and Lady De Ramsey the Estate has also hosted the Woodhurst Group Riding for the Disabled Association and the Fitzwilliam Branch of the Pony Club CHARITY PLEASURE RIDE which took place on 3, 6 and 12 mile courses around the estate.

If you are in the know you might be lucky enough to get your hands on a ticket for the Secret Garden Party, the Estate’s unique boutique festival. The summer 2023 event had a science-fiction theme and showcased more than 10 live music and DJ stages as well as games, parades and art installations.  

Acts taking part in 2023 included Underworld, The Libertines, Fat Freddy’s Drop, De La Soul and Roisin Murphy. We offer accommodation to fit every need, from shared accommodation and pre-pitched bell tents to luxury retreats for couples.

All About Love is a revolutionary music festival with a strong focus on wellness and healing. Billed as ‘One Week in Paradise’ you can expect ‘unity music’ from many different genres and regions of the world and transformational talks, ceremonies and workshops from some of the most highly regarded indigenous elders and thinkers on the planet.

2023 artists included Deya Dova, El Buho, Mose and Queen Omega. You can bring your own tent or choose from a selection of tipis and yurts if you are looking for a bit of extra comfort and luxury.
